This project was initiated in 2021 with the support of Animal Industry Data Korea Co. Ltd., a Korean enterprise for the protection of mother cows after their lactation period and providing a decent life to male calves for developing into healthy cow family builders. 

The integrated self-reliance project starting with cow protection and happy life for the cow family also results in an integrated ecosystem for a holistic and transparent village management platform through integration of all its basic needs like food, water, shelter, education, and healthcare; warehousing and logistics; and, above all, making the village the net positive contributor to the block development. All villages in a block achieving net positive status will lead to that block becoming a net surplus contributor for the district, and the phenomenon of being continued will lead the blocks to become the net positive contributor for the unparalleled and unforeseen growth of the state powered by micro-management.
